What’s the airship owner talking about in his “Who are you?” speech? He’s going over the main activities of Nintendo’s main men (and women): Mario, Donkey Kong, and Samus Aran. He’s likely as baffled as I am with Nintendo’s “Who are you?” marketing campaign. Ever the revolutionary, Nintendo dares to ask the question: how big a fanboy/girl are you?

Who’s Jakob Neilsen? Just my favorite usability consultant, is all. His job is to make computers and websites easy for people to use. Jakob’s a pretty smart cookie, but even the most simple airship interfaces can fly over the heads of some people.
